Depending on the nature of the project, we’ll develop design plans and have them approved by you. The project will commence after you accept our proposal and pay a retainer, which is a percentage of your project’s total estimated cost.

It depends. We put up barriers to contain dust and debris to the work area, and homeowners are often able to live at home during the project. However, for larger renovations, a temporary living situation might be necessary. We will communicate with you regarding what is best for your situation.
